OFFER
How it works

From audition call to signed offer, in one tool.

1

Post the call

Set the roles, character breakdowns, sides, audition window, and eligibility. One link to share — or publish it to a public casting feed.

2

Intake submissions

Actors submit headshots, resumes, and self-tapes through a clean portal. No accounts required. You see everything in a single pipeline view.

3

Run panels & callbacks

Panel mode shows tape, resume, and notes side-by-side. Everyone on your team rates privately; the system ranks by consensus. Schedule callbacks from the same view.

4

Make the offer

Holds, conflict detection, deal memos, offer letters. When an actor accepts, scheduling confirms itself against the production calendar.

What you get

Everything an AEA or community company needs. Nothing extra.

Self-tape intake

Actors upload video directly to their submission. No Dropbox links, no WeTransfer expiries, no inbox hunting. Plays back in the browser with second-by-second scrubbing.

Panel mode

Tape on the left, resume and notes on the right. Your AD, casting director, and director all rate privately; the system aggregates without ganging up.

Holds & conflicts

Track first-refusal holds across multiple productions. Automatic conflict detection when an actor's audition or callback overlaps.

Season scheduling

Plan a full season worth of productions. Actors' conflicts roll across shows; offers reflect the whole slate, not one isolated audition.

Adjudication tools

Running a festival or play selection process? Adjudication mode adds rubrics, reviewer roles, blind judging, and a consolidated decision report.

SSO & audit logs

On Company, connect Google Workspace or Microsoft SSO. Full audit log of who viewed which submission and when — clean data for HR or legal reviews.

Who uses it

Built for the whole season.

Common questions

Before you sign up.

Do actors need to create an account?

They can, but they don't have to. Actors can submit via your public call link, upload their materials, and receive updates by email — no account required. If they want to reuse a headshot + resume across calls, they can create a free account.

Can I migrate from another casting tool?

Yes. We import CSVs and structured exports from most casting platforms. For in-progress active seasons, we'll help you map the data manually — free concierge onboarding is included with Company.

How does adjudication mode work?

Reviewers see submissions without identifying info, score against a configurable rubric, and submit their rankings. The system shows the consolidated result without revealing individual scores unless you want it to. See adjudication tools →

What about AEA compliance?

Submissions supports union and non-union workflows — EPA-style signup windows, audition workflows that respect union timelines.

Where is my data stored?

Your submission data lives in US-based cloud storage, encrypted at rest, backed up nightly. Unlike the Caption System (which runs offline), Submissions is a cloud product — but it's your data, exportable in full whenever you want, and we never share it.

Do you charge per audition?

No. Flat monthly on Troupe or Company — unlimited submissions, unlimited calls, unlimited seasons. The only thing we cap is simultaneous team users.
